Automatic V/F/F/S Tea Bag Machine.
Designed to automatically package free flowing tea & coffee, food products, etc. This machine features intermittent motion bag forming, complete with PLC control, servo motor driven of bag length, volumetric filler and hopper, printed film registration control, solid state temperature control, tear notch and thermo hot leaf printer. It uses all heat seal-able laminations, coated and filter (tea bag) paper, Nylon mesh, etc. Creates a 3 sided seal package.
