Automatic Tea Bag w/ Overwrap.
Designed to automatically package tea and coffee package with over wrap pouch. This machine features a system tea bagger for combination pouched tea bag. Consisting of Telesonic model: SB-80V tea bag with volumetric filler. Automatically transporting fill tea bag to inline pouch packer, creating flavor retaining laminated pouch at up to 40 ppm. Intermittent motion bag forming, complete with PLC control, servo motor driven, printed film registration control, solid state temperature control and thermo transfer hot leaf printer. It will package all heat seal-able laminations, coated and filter (tea bag). paper, Nylon mesh, etc.
